Veterinary Care: All of our kittens are examined by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new homes. They come with up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, and a complete health record.
Health Guarantee: We guarantee that every kitten is healthy at the time of sale. If within 72 hours of going home a licensed veterinarian finds a serious health concern that makes the kitten unfit for adoption, we will work with you to provide a replacement kitten or issue a refund (documentation required).
Genetic Guarantee: Our kittens are also guaranteed against life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If such a condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, we will offer a replacement kitten of equal value from the next available litter.
Buyer’s Responsibility: To maintain this guarantee, buyers must have their kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of pickup or delivery. Kittens must also receive regular veterinary care, proper nutrition, and a safe living environment.
